Application Process
To apply for “Accredited Provider” is a rigorous process that involves extensive hands-on evaluation by the ILACE Committee. Its thorough nature ensures that Provider status is valued in the marketplace and that organizations that have been approved as an ILACE Accredited Provider are the best of the best.
Online Application Submission
ILACE’s application is now 100% online. The online application decreases processing time, saves money shipping materials, and better allows for communications between ILACE and the provider. The online application also allows the provider to work on the submission and return to it as many times as needed until it is ready to submit to ILACE for review.
- If this is your first time to submit for accreditation, you will want to purchase the latest ILACE Application for Prospective Providers in our online store. You have one year from when you purchase the Standard to submit for accreditation.
- Login to ILACE.org and click Accreditation Application. Both prospective Providers and Providers seeking to reaccredit and enter the system here. Keep in mind you can work on your application over a period of 1 year and return to it as many times as needed until you are ready to “submit” to ILACE.
Budgeting for the ILACE Application Process
The ILACE Standard and Provider Application package costs $795. Also at the time of submission, first time applicants are required to submit a non-refundable fee of $5500 ($4275 for reaccreditation) that covers an application review, one review of additional submitted information if requested by the Commission, administrative costs, site visit expenses* and Commission honoraria. Additionally, the applicant will remit the organization’s first year’s membership dues of $1,999. The membership dues are refunded in the event the organization fails to achieve accreditation.
*Applicants outside of the continental United States may be subject to additional site visit fees
